I think Pinkies hair needs to be more fluffy. I like the color change though
Give Rarity some more accessoirs, she would try to stand out. The earrings are already a nice touch, but she most likely also would change the dress to be more... her!
Switch the boob size of Rarity and Fluttershy. Or is that just an accident that they look different? I think, Rarity should be the curvy one.
Fluttershy never stands verry straight, except if she got critters around her. Try to hunch her a bit without making her look stupid so you can develop the char in different scenes (oh that is so easy to say ^^)
I love Applejack in this pic, fits perfectly. The simple shirt shows her "manliness" very well!
Rainbow Dash is also great, she even has that winning sparkle in her eyes.
Twi looks a bit too shy but otherwise awesome.
All of this are just opinions of me and in now way should lessen your work. All you did here looks astonishingly awesome! Really looking forward for more
The only aspects I would critique about would the lack of shadowing and the disproportion of the shoulders and neck. The shoulders are a little narrow, not necessarily bad, but for some of them, narrow shoulders do not match the personalities they give off, so I suggest making some of them wider. The necks for all of them are way too narrow and tall. Making them wider would be better because necks are wide enough to touch the ears.
Like I said, this is really good. I'd love to see more detailed drawings.
